May 24, 2020
Dear Bruno Orthodontics Families,
Thank you for visiting our website. Our office is currently closed until May 29, 2020, due to the current executive order in place by the governor. The health and safety of our patients and all of their families is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to providing you and your loved ones with a positive experience in light of the current pandemic. Unlike many public environments, our office remains a very safe space to continue administering orthodontic care and once the executive order is lifted you can rest assured that your health and safety are still our top priority . We are continuing to monitor the recommendations of the CDC, The Federal Coronavirus Task Force as well as our state and local health departments on a daily basis and will act in accordance with their directives. Upon our reopening, out of respect for the health of all patients and staff, kindly please notify our office if you have been experiencing symptoms associated with a possible infection or flu (high fever, chills, body aches, cough, or loss of taste/smell). We will gladly accommodate you and reschedule your appointment for a future date.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU IN THE EVENT THAT YOU EXPERIENCE A TRUE ORTHODONTIC EMERGENCY. For most immediate results, simply text us at 248.435.2000 with your concerns and feel free to include images to better illustrate the issue. We will review the information and get in touch with recommendations to alleviate the problem.
Rest assured that your ongoing treatment is secure. The methods utilized to achieve your orthodontic results are planned, measured and controlled. Please be aware, however, of anything that does not appear normal and simply text us with those questions or concerns. Please continue to observe impeccable oral hygiene practices, limit sugar and acid intake, and follow the "dos and don'ts" described at the start of your treatment to ensure that your teeth are being well protected from decay and damage.
If you are currently wearing Invisalign or Clarity aligners, please remain in your final aligner until we can either furnish you with your next prescribed set of aligners or until we can evaluate you for completion.
Due to the fludiity of the situation, we will continue to react appropriately based on the recommendations of health officials. We will continue to use email and social media (Facebook: Bruno Orthodontics, Instagram: Bruno Orthodontics) to communicate with all of you and I encourage you all to check for updates often. Now that we have clarity as to when the office will reopen, we will be providing guidance outlining our updated appointment process in the coming days, and we will begin contacting you via phone/text to reschedule your appointments in earnest. We ask for your patience, as we have had to cancel 10 weeks worth of appointments to date, and we know that there is a strong desire to get your treatment back on track as soon as possible. We will, but it will require some time to regain our office efficiency due to new protocols related to patient safety. We look forward to seeing all of you as soon as possible, when we can all breathe a sigh of relief. In the meantime, stay healthy and stay safe.
